Downloading WCS Service - Resulting in a 16*16 pixel image

Hi
I try to download elevation data from a WCS Service. I have GlobalMapper Version 16 and 17 installed. In version 16 everthing is fine. In version 17 I only get an image of 16 by 16 pixels.
Is that a bug in Version 17?
Is there a new parameter to configure somewhere in version 17?
