UAV Data, I have my point cloud.... Now what?

I am flying UAV to process with Pix4d. I generate the point clouds and can create DEM, Contours etc in GM 17. My questions is How do I go from the point cloud to say a 2d Drawing of the site? Do manually draw each polyline in GM? Or Do I need another software etc? I want to take my Point Cloud from the UAV and generate say an AS BUILT drawing.
