Add marks and labels support to 3d view

Dear Mike can u add ( Marks and Labeling ) support to 3D view in GM as the
one shown by the weather bulletin ( NEWS Report ) that stating the weather Temps
and wind trends?

    If you can get the weather information loaded into Global Mapper in the 2D view, it should also show up in the 3D view window draped on the elevation surface.

    ok Mike what i've meant such Sun' Symbol, Cloud Symbol , rainy Cloud Symbol..etc
    which show above terrain view not as draped shapes!

    There is not going to be an easy way to do that. We do make the source code for the 3D viewer used in Global Mapper available in case some 3D programming gurus (of which I am not one) want to add their own functionality. If you are interested I can provide that to you.

    before giving it a try, what plattform of source code u have
    cos i'm working on specific programming plattforms!
