Global Mapper v26.0

DXF export size not matching

Hi all,

I am working with some GeoTIFF data in very large tiles and I need to bring parts of it to sketchup for further work.
Now, I created a rectangle specifying coordinates to use it as a cropping limit; then I exported the DEM to DXF TIN (cropped to the rectangle) and the rectangle itself because I will need a flat surface of exactly the same size of the underlying mesh.
When imported in sketchup, though, I noticed that, positioning both with the left-lowest corner at the origin (where I will define the geolocation) the size of the two is a little different.

I also measured the rectangle in GM and in sketchup and the measurements don't match either.
I exported everything with the same UTM 52 projection and WGS84 datum.

Is this due to the projection or the datum or the cropping of the mesh or what else?

Thanks in advance and best regards
