How I can Add New Source of GeoGratis GeoBase to Global Mapper. I have ver 17.2.

in GIS Data Sources
GeoBase Canada provides a large assortment of FREE data for Canada, including Landsat-7 imagery, 1:50K and 1:250 CDED elevation data, a National Road database in Shapefile format, and the Canadian Geographic Names data set in Shapefile format. How can I add this source to my GM.

    This seems to work for some of the data.

    • Click the download online data button
    • Click Add New Source
    • Select the WMS map service option
    • Paste "http://wms.ess-ws.nrcan.gc.ca/wms/toporama_en" into the URL space (minus "")
    • Paste "WMS&LAYERS" into the Service Name space
    • Click get list of Available Data Layers and make your choice
