How could a DTED level 4 file be exported

Hi,

Could you please let me know how I could export to a DTED file level 4? I can see that it goes up to DTE3 only (see attached) while as shown below I believe it is possible to have better resolution in DTED and my loaded source map is MDT05 LIDAR with 5m grid.
