Create a polygon according a surface

Hi,
i'd like to create automated polygon (circles) based on points. But, i'd like to create these ones based on determined surfaces (in sq km²). So the buffer function is not convenient. Do you have a solution ?

    I found the function "Create square areas of fixed ground area". But i'd like to use attributes data to create the area insead of do it manualy.

    i found the calculation : sqrt("area_column_name"/Pi)
