can't open adf files

Hello, I'm trying to open an ARCINFO zipped file named w_stn30-6.01.zip  from this website: http://www.wsag.unh.edu/Stn-30/stn-30.html

The files seem to be in ADF format, and I don't know how to open those in GM--any help would be appreciated.

Try opening the data as ESRI (Arc/Info) Binary Grid Files (w001001.adf).
