refering to a google tile map created by global mapper

I know that this is likely a java question. I just created a hillshade map in google maps api maps web page (Hillshade (Google Maps Export from Global Mapper)). I want to build a google maps api page where I refer to KML's and also refer to the tiles that Global Mapper exports. Does anyone know if what the best way to do this is.
