    Hello,

    On the Favorites toolbar, there is an option to Set Up Favorites Shortcut Keys.  For the command, choose "COMBINE - Combine Selected Line Features", and pick your key combination.

    The Favorites toolbar will always show the latest command you used, and Ctrl+Enter will run it again, but setting up the shortcut key will let you use that command without having it in the Favorites list.
