GMS - Global Mapper 14, offset elevation

Hi,

I don't suppose there is a script reference for 14 anywhere?

I'm trying to offset my height data (as is possible in the layer "options" "elevation" tab before running an "EQUAL_VAL_AREAS" function.

I've tried CALC_ATTR_FORMULA TYPE="ADD" NEW_ATTR="ELEV_FUDGE" SOURCE_ATTR="ELEVATION" VALUE="10"

and CALC_ATTR TYPE="ADD" NEW_ATTR="ELEV_FUDGE" SOURCE_ATTR="ELEVATION" VALUE="10"

Both just report as those functions are not recognised.

I've also been getting unrecognised for FIX_INVALID="YES" (for the EQUAL_VAL_AREAS) although the output is still fine.

Any help much appreciated

    Hi,

    This was with the intention of fixing an issue with GENERATE_EQUAL_VAL_AREAS where i was getting negative values showing as seperate areas. As an extreme, i had an area of sea varying between -0.36 and +0.44 and when i ran with "ELEV_DIST" of 10, i was getting circa 10,000 polygons. In the interface i get just one.

    I am pretty sure that the CALC_ATTR command was introduced in Global Mapper 14.  What error message do you get when you run that command in your script?
