Elevation Data (Or Profiles) For Ridgelines

I found that a person can find ridgelines from DEMs. 

Is there some way of exporting elevational data for 
a ridgeline as either point data with x, y, and z values
or as a profile?

Right click on a ridge line and select Analysis/Measurement - PATH PROFILE. You can then save the profile data as a xyz, distance-elevation, dxf file, or others.
