Started getting an error using 3D view - It is episodic & I wondering if this is a bug? Thanks

    Do you have the latest drivers for your video card? If not, you should install them. Using the 3D viewer puts some stress on the video card, so having the most up-to-date drivers is important.

    I also recommend getting the latest version of Global Mapper 16.2 to see if this problem has been fixed. If the problem persists, please send a description of your workflow and the error message to Blue Marble Geographics Support (geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com). This will ensure that the support team sees the problem.

    The build I have is dated 5-18-2015 and I see the download link has a 5-19-2015 date - do I already have the latest or is there a pretty big change from the 18th to the 19th?

    The date on the web page is incorrect. You should definitely download the latest version, which is 16.2.4. Your version is 16.2.0.
