Connection to server

When Im trying to download a map I get a message that "a connection to the server could not be established"... ANY IDEAS HOW TO SOLVE THIS?

    We don't control the servers for the on-line map sources. Sometimes the owners change the access parameters, or the servers are down for some reason. We keep the latest version of Global Mapper up-to-date with respect to changes in the access parameters when we find out about them.

    I recommend getting the latest release of Global Mapper to see if you can connect to the data source. If the problem persists in the latest release, then your best bet is to send an e-mail describing your workflow and the error message to Blue Marble Geographics support (geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com). This will ensure that the support team sees the problem and can determine the solution. Thank you.
