Access to .dbv .dba and .dbr files

I would like to find out if GM can access or write vector map data to a .dbv file, raster map data to .dbr, and image data to .dba . I'm not an expert on any of these file types and a cursory search online doesn't come up with a GIS related answer.

Any help will be much appreciated.
