Exporting KMZ with sub folders to google earth

Hi,

I have point data in a .csv file ready to import into Global Mapper. The list is associated to about 50 different structures, which can be further catergorised depending on the points location. Instead of importing and exporting out of Global Mapper up to approx. 150 times to ensure associated data stays together I was hoping to import all at once, then split it up, then export it all to Google Earth at once with the data being stored under relevant sub folders.
ie. ->Buildings in Australia
- - > buildings above 30m tall
- - - >within 5km of beach
(data)
- - ->between 5km and 10km
(data)
- - ->beyond 10km
(data)
- -> buildings above 50m tall
- - ->within 5km of beach
(data)
- - ->between 5km and 10km
(data)
- - ->beyond 10km
(data)
.
.
.... and so on.

Is this possible at all? As i said the data at the moment is in one list, with each row contacting information that would allow it to be catergorised.

Thanks in adavnce for any help.
