Query Spatial BIG DATA

Received this question and was curious if GM would be a good solution.

"does any GIS software have the ability to query the 3 categories of big data databases (key-value, document, graph)”

This is in relation to investigating the capability of GIS software(s) to perform queries on a big data architecture such as Hadoop.

This request came from a colleague. I use GM mostly for manipulating geoTIFFs and DEM data, but do little more with it.
