Georeferenced imaged moved and exported

Sorry if this question has been asked before.
I have a georeferenced image i have created in GM and then have had to move the whole image a short distance in an X & Y direction using the RECTIFY command in GM.
Is there anyway to just resave the projection and EWW (image is an ECW) without going through the whole process of re-exporting the whole image.
