Applying Color Adjustment?

Is it possible to apply a color adjustment to files without having to export new files? Alternately, if I have to export new files, is it possible to export the files on a 1:1 basis? The project I'm working on has a few hundred files of varying sizes, and I don't see an option in the export dialog to export each of the source files individually, maintaining the source file dimensions.
