3D PDFs from a specific viewpoint

Hi
Can anyone shed any light on the following please?
When opening 3D PDFs in Adobe or similar, that have been generated in Global Mapper, is there a way to specify from what perspective a 3D PDF image is viewed from during the export process from Global Mapper. We want to have users of the 3D PDF be able to see particular features immediately on opening the image (and not have to rotate the image). (And ideally avoid tools within the PDF application.)
Thanks
Andy

Andy,
The startup view is set in the 3D PDF attachment data. It can, in principle be set to anything you like. To be practical, this would require some sort of preview before exporting to PDF, but could be done. I've added this as a future enhancement request (#14548).
