Activate License (2nd PC)

Hi Mike,
I have replaced my home pc, I deactivated GM via release/remove & downloaded GM to new machine, all codes etc accepted but get error message "no. of registrations available have been used" or words to that effect. Have I missed a step somewhere??

    Hi Phil,

    It is possible that the license deactivation got stuck, and did not reach the Blue Marble licensing server. Please contact authorize@bluemarblegeo.com for instructions on how to grab the removal code from your old machine. We can then process it and free up an activation for you on your new machine.
