Dear Sir,

I had a sketchup model with geolocation. Global Mapper identified the projection as Orthographic/WGS84. Definitely not have problem with that. But when i want to project the model to my local projection, the model was located at wrong place..

The projection for Sketchup files does default to Orthographic at the central lat/lon reported by the file. If the SKP file is coming in with coordinates actually in some other projection you can change the projection interpretation after load on the Projection tab of the Options dialog for the layer (note NOT the Projection tab of the Configuration dialog).

We also plan on greatly enhancing our Sketchup support in the v16 release in a few months so that we will be able to do a lot more with them and support newer files.

    Thanks,
