Are there restrictions for incorporating the map data from online sources into our own map products?

global_mapper

If you right-click on an online layer in the online download dialog and select the Terms of Service/Metadata URL you can see information about a particular source. In general any data from the US government (i.e. NED, NAIP, SRTM, NLCD) is free to do whatever you want with. It varies for other sources.
