I have all of a sudden gotten this error
Unable to checkout licence, HOSTID does not match licence.
I can now only open in trial mode. Nothing on the PC has changed. I need a fix ASAP, i need to export out some files today.
I am running 13.2.2 64bit

Did you disable any network adapter or switch to any kind of wireless adapter? The license matching to a host ID wasn't nearly as forgiving of minor changes in hardware in v13 as in later versions. What is reported as your machine ID now? You might also email authorize@bluemarblegeo.com to get licensing help.
For immediate exports you can also get the trial v15.1 from Global Mapper Downloads and request a trial license from the registration dialog, then do your exports in that. If you email geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com we can also provide a trial that allows more exports if you hit the free trial limit while we work out your other licensing issue.

i did have a the wifi disabled but resetting it made no difference, it is probably time to upgrade anyway, v13 seems to have a lot if dead WMS.
What are the upgrade steps from 13 to 15 and price ?

If you shoot an email to gmorders@bluemarblegeo.com they can provide you with the details to upgrade from v13 to v15. There are a lot more active online layers in v15.
If you email geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com with your machine ID we could also provide you with a fully unlocked trial until the main sales staff is back on Tuesday after the holiday weekend to help with a v13-v15 upgrade order.

I am now on v15 and this is still happening. I work between the office and home so i am on wired and wireless connections. This is starting to be a problem. I now have 3 hours of work that i cant do until i get a fix.
can you please explain why this is happening, surely the software can handle when a network adapter is switched off and on, if it cant then it needs to be fixed.

Are you actually turning off the built-in network adapter when you switch to the wireless one? GM v15 (and most applications that use Flex licensing) use the MAC address of the built-in network adapter found on pretty much all machines to create node-locked licenses. You can switch to using another network adapter, but you can't completely turn off the built-in one otherwise it doesn't appear to exist and your machine then looks like a different one so the node-locked license doesn't work anymore.
There shouldn't be any issues with keeping it enabled even when actually using something else for network access.
