Status code 403 when trying to download digital globe imagery

I get the messgae "Error downloading WMS dta tile...
...... WMS server GetMap query failed with status code 403."

I am using Mapper v14.2.0 (b052213) [64-bit] on Windows 7.

I haven't had any problems doing this previously.

Any suggestions as to the reason/workaround?

The DigitalGlobe server ID changed, try getting v14.2.6 or v15 from Global Mapper Downloads and see if that works.

I'm having the same problem. I downloaded v14.2.6 from the downloads link (Download | Global Mapper Forum)

and still no luck.

Sorry I missed your original post. We unfortunately no longer offer the free watermarked DigitalGlobe imagery source, only premium access with a purchased DigitalGlobe ID is allowed. There are ways to add other imagery sources, like Google Maps or Bing Maps. If you contact us at geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com we can provide some information on adding those.
