Again, the rest of the links you find below are not the full installations  but merely contain updates to small bugs, patches and user feature requests.  These feature requests have not been as thoroughly tested as features released in major releases numbers.

Instructions:

1) Download the zip file applicable to your current installation type (32 bit for 32 bit installations)

2) Extract the zip file to your Global Mapper installation.  (i.e. C:\Program Files\GlobalMapper13).  On many newer versions of Windows, you have to extract the zip file to a temporary folder and then copy or move the files to your Global Mapper installation folder.

3) If prompted by Windows during the move, be sure to select “Move and Replace”

3) Unblock the file if necessary (Vista / Windows) by right clicking on global_mapper13.exe and selecting properties.

Note:  64 bit systems

Even though you have a 64 bit operating system, you might still be running the 32 bit version of Global Mapper.   You can tell by looking at the installation folder.  If you use the default installation directories, 32 bit installations will be in the C:\Program Files (x86)\ folder while 64 bit installations will be in the “C:\Program Files\” directory.
