4-channel GeoTIFF to JPG2000

I need to batch convert 4-channel GeoTIFF's to JPG2000. The batch conversion only converts 3 bands. How can I make it work for all 4?

Currently multi-band JPEG2000 exports are not supported in Global Mapper. You can only export more than 3 data bands to GeoTIFF format files. We are hoping to allow multi-band exports to other formats, including JPEG2000, ECW, and Erdas Imagine, in the v12 release in a few months.
