Scripting Line of Sight Profiles

Mike,

Is it possible to automate the production of Line of Sight profiles using the scripting language? For example, to define a single transmitter location (including height above ground), & get LoS profiles for several different receiver locations.

Ken,

You can use the GENERATE_PATH_PROFILE script command to get the 3D path profile between any 2 points in a script, but you can't do an actual line-of-sight analysis. To do that you would need to use the Global Mapper SDK, which has a fuller set of path profile/LOS functionality. See the Developers page at GLOBAL MAPPER for details on the SDK.
