RPF Export - CADRG and CIB?

Hey Mike,

Have you considered export of RPF formats like CADRG and CIB?

CADRG export would be especially useful at our site. I know that some of our sister sites produce CIB output as well.

We have considered adding RPF export to Global Mapper, but it's such a big nasty format and most readers are so picky that it would be a pretty big task to try and get somethine written in that format that RPF readers other than Global Mapper could make use of.

There is always the possibility of someone writing a raster export plugin for Global Mapper to export data to that format. Perhaps some expert on RPF could do a better job of it than us. The export plugin interface is described on the Developers page at GLOBAL MAPPER.
