Using HMR (Microstation image format) in GM

Has anyone had success importing HMR images into GM? Or know of program that will let me convert it into something I can use?

HMR is a proprietary Bentley image format that can be converted using MicroStation's Raster Manager. It's doubtful that this can be done using non-Bentley software as I don't believe the format is published anywhere.
