Maps for Oziexplorer and MaxSea

Hi all, I need to make maps for Oziexplorer and Maxsea. So far i have used the export ECW files, but i wonder if you could give me a tip about the best export for these two programs.

I've never used Maxsea, but for OziExplorer I think ECW or GeoTIFF will work well. I'm really not an expert on that software either though.
