DEM generation from contour line, boundary of shore line and GPS track file

Hi,

I would like to generate DEM from contour line, boundary of shore line and GPS track files, the first two are in the same projection but the third one is in a different projection, may I know how can I generate a DEM based on all these 3 information?

Just load all 3 files, then open the Control Center, select all 3 files, then right-click and select the option to create an elevation grid. The data will all automatically be projected to your current projection as set on the Projection tab of the Configuration dialog, so it is fine to mix-and-match projections.

Hi, Thanks for your reply.
For the boundary file, it is specified as shoreline.
The generated DEM doesn't cover the whole Island, there are empty areas from the lowest contour lines to shoreline, how shall I solve this issue?

What you need to do is edit the Shoreline feature and add an ELEVATION attribute with the shoreline elevation (like '0 m' if it is at sea level), then generate your elevation layer from the shoreline and other data.
