Aha, that does it, although I don't know if there is yet a FIPS code number for these new zone definitions.
I will get these added to Global Mapper, but in the meantime you might visit
Spatial Reference List -- Spatial Reference and look at Maine CS2000 NAD83(HARN) definitions to be able to create the projection in Global Mapper. There should be PRJ file definitions for each one that you could save to a PRJ file and load into Global Mapper.
