I had to look hard for this one. UTM Zones shapefile

The Time Zones of the United States map layer shows the six standard time zones for the United States, and a seventh zone, which encompasses Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Also shown are the areas in each zone that do not observe DST. Additional descriptive information includes the zone name and the offset from Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich mean time). This map layer was compiled by the U.S. Geological Survey.

Sample of vector data (actually DLG-O format) derived from U. S. Geological Survey (USGS) topographic maps. Global Mapper will not display DLG-S data, an older format that is no longer sold or supported. Most USGS DLG-Optional data do not contain record delimiters. Global Mapper does not require that delimiters be added, and will display DLG-O data with or without delimiters. Other software may require either the absence or presence of delimiters.
