Global Mapper v25.0

Need some help with my account, is anybody there? Anybody?

Hello!

I've been trying to update to the latest version of Global Mapper for a while now (currently on 17.2) and I haven't been able to log-in to bluemarblegeo.com since my password was reset or something (I haven't attempted to log-in in a while).  When I select the option to retrieve my password via email, I never get an email.  When I email the address it says to email (bmgwebsite@bluemarblegeo.com) if I didn't get an email, I don't get a response.  This is getting pretty tedious, please help!
