JPEG2000 will not reproject to radians

Hi,
I am trying to create JPEG2000, geographic, wgs84, radians.
When I try configure and reproject to radians and then look the units are still arc degrees.
When I export and then open the units are still arc degrees.

I need them in radians to work with AGI STK.

I am convinced I have use GM to do this previously.

Thanks for any help,
Gary

    Gary,

The ECW/JPEG2000 encode SDK that we use only supports a limited set of linear units for the file, so if you use an unsupported unit (only arc degrees are supported for angular units), the export projection units are converted to the supported one. Does the AGI STK only support radians as units in JPEG2000 files? That would be very unusual, I've never even seen a JPEG2000 file that uses radians as the native units.

    Thanks,

    Mike,
    Thanks for the quick reply.
That explains the behaviour I am seeing.
    Seems to work OK now.

Just for info I found a file I created with GM previously that crashes AGI STK. When trying to open it with GM the following error occurs.
    Error loading MrSID file.
    JP2: not valid JPEG 2000 file [50952]
    MrSIDOverlay.cpp - 1341
    Version: v13.2.0 (32-bit)
    Build Time: May 16 2012 12:19:08

    Thanks again,
    Gary

    Gary,

Can you reproduce the creation of the JP2 file that crashes AGI STK and errors in GM? Can you provide an example? I'm wondering if it was just an incomplete export or something.

    Thanks,
