"Vector - izing" line data from a raster
Celeste

I have a geo-referenced raster image that consists of some solid blue lines on a white background. Is there a way (other than tracing them with the digitizer tool) too get them as (vector) line features? All the lines have the same color/width. I've done a search in the forum already and didn't find what I was after, but could have just missed it. Thanks!

Celeste,
The only thing you could do now is right-click on the layer in the Control Center and select to create equal value areas from the blue color on the layer, then you would vector areas from the blue parts. You could convert those areas to lines to get lines on the outer edges of the areas, but there isn't currently a way to connect them into center lines.
Thanks,
Mike
