find layers at cursor

I have other software where you can right-click on the map and view a list of layer which cover that point. The layer name is given along with the scale/pixel resolution. Vector layers are listed as well. You could then picked the layer to draw or bring to the top. This is very helpful if you have multiple layers of identical scales occupying the same space. Having it work with a catalog and the existing loaded layers would be the terrific.

    I can add that to the todo list. For something similar, zoom way in on your point, then right-click on the Control Center list and select to hide all offscreen layers, then what is left checked will be what is onscreen.
