    Smile,

I am seeing the same error with your file, it looks like there may be a corrupt tile in the image. Is that possible?

For mighty, what is the error message that you are seeing?

    Thanks,

    Mike

We did try with E* Mapper and found this file has some fourth channel from the software which generated this and this may be the one causing confusion.

If GM can be made to ignore this totally as an option , may be it will help

    Thanks

There is a 4th channel with unspecified type in the file and also an overview layer. I will have to do some more debugging to see if there is some way I can work around the corruption or if maybe the file is OK and Global Mapper is the one with the problem. I'm out of the office now so it might take a few days.

    Thanks,

I took a look and was able to make the TIFF reading in Global Mapper deal with the incomplete tiles at the end of this file and get your file to load. I have placed a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11.zip with the change for you to try. Simply download that file and extract the contents into your existing v11.xx installation folder to give it a try. If you are using the 64-bit v11 version there is a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11_64bit.zip .

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Mike

This new build works perfectly without an error for all such files in our database.

I hope Mighty's issue must have been solved with this build?

    Thanks
