Your data is coming in already having an ELEVATION attribute with a value of 0, so that is being used for the 3D DWG export. What you need to do is select all of the lines with the Digitizer Tool, then right-click and select to edit them, then delete the ELEVATION attribute. Then when you do the export there won't be existing elevations and the underlying USGS values will be used from your loaded terrain data.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Mike

There were some problems doing DWG exports in early v11.02 builds, so you might need to get the latest version to fix that problem. I have placed a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11.zip with the latest changes for you to try. Simply download that file and extract the contents into your existing v11.xx installation folder to give it a try. If you are using the 64-bit version, there is a new build available at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper11_64bit.zip .

I have also attached a 3D DWG file created from your data with the latest build.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Thanks,
