No Response to my Upgrade Question

I don't get a response to my question how much an Upgrade from Globalmapper V13.1 to V16 would cost.
Has anyone an idea, what I could do? I sent 3 emails using different email adresses - no answer.

    Hi Sam,

    nothing was filtered, I can't find an answer from Bluemarble.
    Anyway could someone tell me a price for an Upgrade from V13 to V16
    using the emailadress from my Forum Profile (it worked telling me that you responded here in the Forum) ?
